4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

5. Account Registration

- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your password with others and restricting access to your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Fees and Payment
- Fees for services are outlined on our website and in specific service agreements.
- Payments can be made in full or via monthly instalments as specified during the purchase process.
- If you opt for monthly instalments, you authorise the Company to charge your payment method on the agreed-upon dates.
7. Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most services.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the full payment of fees.
- All refunds are at the discretion of the Company and subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
8. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
- Fees are non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to a later appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Each client is allowed one free rescheduling if done prior to the 48-hour window.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session start are non-refundable.
9. Client Responsibility
- The Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program.
- The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding results.
- The Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute specific advice tailored to any individual.
10. Confidentiality
- The Company respects Client privacy and insists that Clients respect the Company’s and other Program Participants' privacy.
- Any Confidential Information shared by Program Participants or representatives of the Company is confidential and proprietary.
- Both Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any Confidential Information without prior consent.
11. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided by the Company are for the Client’s individual use only.
- No license to sell or distribute the Company’s materials is granted or implied.
- The Client agrees not to infringe on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of the Company.
12. Termination
- The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate Client participation in the Program without refund if the Client becomes disruptive, fails to follow Program guidelines, or violates these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
16. Changes to Terms
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
