At Summit Coaching, we strive to provide the highest quality services and products to our clients. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our services and specific refund policies for digital downloads and online courses. Please read the following policies carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

1. Services Refund Policy

 1.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most of our services, including Coaching One-on-One, Business Communities, Workshops, and Retreats. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to ben@summitcoaching.eu.

2. Include your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Requests must be made by 11:59 PM BST on the 30th day from your original purchase date.

Please note:

- No refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase date.

- All refunds are discretionary and determined by Summit Coaching. If you have downloaded all materials, taken advantage of special deals or discounts, and then request a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request.

 1.2 Rescheduling Policy

- Once payment is made for booking a session, fees are non-refundable. However, session fees can be applied to a later appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

- Each client is allowed one free rescheduling if done prior to the 48-hour window.

- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session start are non-refundable.

2. Digital Downloads and Online Courses Refund Policy

 2.1 Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. However, if you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at ben@summitcoaching.eu, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 2.2 Online Courses

We offer a 30-day refund period for online courses. If you find that the course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund for an online course:

1. Send an email to ben@summitcoaching.eu.

2. Include your name, the course purchased, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Requests must be made by 11:59 PM BST on the 30th day from your original purchase date.

- All refunds for online courses are discretionary and determined by Summit Coaching. If you have accessed all course materials, completed the course, and then request a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request.

3. Payment Plans and Instalments

If you opt for a payment plan or monthly instalments, you are responsible for making all payments on time. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
